For families
Team Membership Families must fill out this form, one form per swimmer.
Rockville Rays Group Email Network: You must join Rays Group to receive group emails. Go to Home page, at the top right corner is a small box labelled Subscribe Rockville Rays Group. After submitting your email address, you will receive a notice at the email address you provided, asking you to indicate the swimmer name and registration status. Responses are required before access can be granted.
End-of-Season Banquet Sign-up (closed): The Banquet will take place on July 31, 4-8pm. All participating families must sign up and deposit the payment envelope by July 25 (Monday). No sign-up will be taken on the day of the event. See email from the Team rep or the sign-up form.
For swimmers
A-Meet Swimmer Confirmation: (closed): Swimmers selected by the coach to swim in an A-meet must provide a confirmation.
B-Meet Swimmer Sign-up: (closed) Note: you can NOT sign up an event that you swam in this past A Meet, unless you were DQ'd in that event which can be reswum only as an exhibition and it does not create a new heat! Please read the rules on the form! Swimmers planning to swim in a B-meet event must sign up by the deadline in order to be placed in the meet roster.
For parents: use F2 function key to add your name if the cell already has name(s) and the cell will expand
Friday Sundeck Potluck Sign-up (closed): All parents are needed for organizing this team activity. Party/Meet themes: be prepared to show up, dressed with a style.
A-Meet Volunteer Sign-up (closed): Parents of A-meet swimmers are needed to help run the meets.
B-Meet Volunteer Sign-up (closed): Parents of B-meet swimmers are needed to help run the meets.
SSL Record Keeping
Rays SSL Paper Log: This sheet helps you keep track of your hours throughout the season. Download and print this log sheet for documenting your SSL hours and have each week verified by a meet rep. Submit this log with your filled-out Student SSL Verification form at the end of the season to have it signed by the Team Rep.
Rays SSL Online Log: As an alternative to the paper SSL log, this is an interactive online record keeping log. Compared to the paper log, it will not get crumbled in your swim bag, will not get wet by your swim gear, will not get lost in your home or at a pool. Click open the file to document your hours, tasks, and remind the corresponding meet rep(s) to come here and verify for you, all online.
